Please beware of Efax. They have a good product but are unecessarily difficult to cancel service. I cancelled service in September and was told they would give me two free months. I called again at what I THOUGHT was the appropriate time and tried to cancel again. They AGAIN gave me one month's free service. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed they had charged me the monthly fee. When I called and questioned, they told me that I had called too late and they would not reverse the charge.

Customer Service was unintelligble and did not listen to my problem. Chat line disavows any responsibility. Don't let this happen to you: when you need to cancel, don't take the freebies - you will pay dearly in the end! This happened to me twice with this company. I'll be looking for another fax provider if needed in the future.

Hello,

My name is Hector Bobadilla and I represent the Office of the President for j2 Global Communications, the parent company of eFax. I would like to take this opportunity to look into your issue on what occurred and why your account was charged and also why you were not refunded.

If you would allow to investigate your issue and look into this to both; I could make sure that any billing errors are corrected and insure that you are appropriately recompensed for any erroneous charges found. If you would like you can contact me at the email address OTP@mail.j2.com or call me at 323-843-9301.

I would require either the email address you used to sign up or the eFax number you were assigned in order to look into the issue further.

Regards,

Hector Bobadilla
