Complaint Review: Effective Realty Sites

Back in November of 2009, I was contacted by Brian Kinash to redo my real estate web site for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) content and to make my site searchable on Google and yahoo etc. The entire project was to cost $2,000.00 to complete. I paid $1,500.00 over the next 4 months which I was told that the entire process should take only 4 months to complete. I paid Brian $1,000.00 to start, and after another 2 months past, I paid him $500.00. This was also via Paypal which Paypal cannot get involved with when you pay someone to do a service, only if you buy goods from someone then Paypal will help you get your money back. Brian also stated to me that he was a former employee of Point 2 websites which hosts my site. I have contacted Point 2 and they have never heard of him. Brian seemed to be very eager at first to start on this project, but after getting payment his phone calls and emails stopped! I left emails and voicemails for him to call me back so that I know what was going on. He screwed up my website so bad that I now have to hire someone else to fix his errors. I would not recommend this company at all!
