I anwsered a add in the paper for air conditioning service & sales. I met w/the owner mike & started the next day.I'v been in the sales market for many yrs & thuoght this would work out fine for me.I met w/the sales mnger Gordy & was on the road w/ him for 3 days. At this time I was shown & told what I need to do. I was to tune up the Air conditioner & find anything I could that was wroung w/ the system ( whether there was or not )& tell the homeowner that they needed a new 1 for approx $8000.I needed the job & put approx 20,000 mile on my truck running from 1 place to the next, in a matter of 4wks. everytime I got a check there would not be enough funds in the bank, Or 1 thing after another....They finally did'nt pay me my last check approx $900 & every attempt that I made failed.I called & the owner & he told me that I did'nt work for him. This company & all are crooks, Don't let them in your house. The will do something to your system & tell you you need a new one.

HEY JERRY-WERE YOU HIRED BY AN AD LIKE THIS ONE?

I was following up online some stuff on this company and came across this ad. Who in the world would answer an ad like this, not to mention placing it in the first place? I feel bad for the lady pictured in it because those are obviously old pictures this creep dug up (the way I posted the ad here I don't think the pictures show up anyway). I guess you really have to be careful who's got pictures of you these days. The email address and phone number belong to both Efficiency Experts and Cool-Aid heating and air conditioning and are listed on the contractor's information filed with the state of Florida. The ad was place in June 7 2010 online on a site called backpage.com/Gainesville. And BTW Jerry-do you really think you deserve to get paid for ripping people off or should we call that Karma?

More people need to be advised about this company. I used to work there awhile back and have seen first hand what was going on. I didn't realize that my boss at the time was a convicted felon. I am surprised that the state of Florida gave someone like this a license so easily!

Although he might have exagerated a bit on his mileage I believe him. I recently had some work done by this company and everything was fine until the work was started and we hit the no return point. What was supposed to be a 4-5 hour job turned into a week project. I spoke to a different person every time each claiming to be some kind of manager and each giving me a different story and a different not so happy ending. This includes the owner.
The work is finally complete and hopefully done right. Thanks to the service manager and general service manager. However I still haven't had an inspection from the county. I called the county to check on it and find out that the permit wasnt even pulled before they did the work.(Did I mention we had tried to cancel before they started and was told we couldnt because they already pulled the permits) In fact the permit was applied for 4 days after the installation and it was approved 7 days after. They didnt even pick it up until 10 days after. Sounds a little shady to me.
When i called the company to find out whats taking so long I was told that they needed to get someone in the area. You need someone in the area to make a phone call. Is this company paying out that much in law suits that it cant afford long distance. Or is this company so shady that it sends out its own people claiming to be the county inspector.

Obviously Jerry is lying

I have work for the above company two years. "Jerry" (if that is his real name) is obviously a liar. Even in his report he lied. There is no possible way to put four thousand miles on a truck in a week, do the math you would have to do 800 miles a day at an average speed of 100 miles an hour a person would have to drive 8 hrs to even accomplish this. We had a salesmen that claimed to have A/c sales experience but he lyed on his application and was immidately terminated after it was discovered that he had mislead our customers. Honestly any website that would publish this kinda of none sense should be questioned. As a matter of fact you can call this company and confirm all of this with the general manger.

How do you put 20,000 miles on a truck in 4 weeks... You would have to avrage 5000 miles a week....
