WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! NEED TO HAVE THEIR LICENSE REMOVED AND OWNERS/MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE BARRED FROM EVER HAVING ANOTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANY.

This company moved our household items in July 2015 it is now March 2016.  They delivered on time but there were so many boxes missing and so much damage it was incredible.  We have been trying to get restitution since end of July.  We have gotten the run around and apparently when we signed up for the insurance we didn't know it "is in house".  I have sent an itemized list of all boxes missing with details on content and weight, plus pictures multiples of times.  Every time we contact them they claim to not have received any of this information.  Now they are changing their story, again, that we are only missing a ladder and that it is impossible for them to have lost our stuff or broken it.

They showed up at our house with three guys and a rental truck that was 24 feet long, we packed it with them (I did an inventory thank goodness).  When fully loaded the entire box floor to ceiling and front to back was loaded.  We asked them who was driving to SC and got a response, "no one, this is going to Long Island City and will be reloaded on to another truck".  We should have made them off load right there but we need to get our stuff out of the house as it was sold!  When the truck showed up in SC it was a different 24 foot truck - and get this - loaded with three different loads.  Ours to SC, one to Georgia and one to Florida.  Now how could our original load been one full 24 foot truck packed to the rim and when it shows up it is less than a 1/3 rd share???  Do you think something is fishy?  So once again I did an inventory and started identifying the boxes that were missing.  The young men delivering said to get in touch with the main office.  Which we did do and have ever since gotten the run around.

Another interesting thing about their moving habits - no one has a CDL and they do not stop at weigh stations or keep a proper manifest.  They just drive down the road like they are not in a commercial transportation business.  Their USDOT number is 2413823 and the MC is 830855.  No telling what they haul down the highway cross state lines with and totally uncontrolled.  Maybe the TSA and FTC should investigate.  Something needs to be done!  By my estimate I lost in value to replace about $12,000 in household items.  This includes lost and broken.  The "lost" items are the ones that are hardest because you can't take a picture of something you don't have in a box you don't have.
