I had letters of recommendation for my children; I had no key to the
Sauna because we never used it. They said my kids flooded and spit on the windows in the sauna. My kids never entered there and they were always with me, supervised. My kids were well-mannered, home-schooled children and it didnt
matter what I said to Judge Mattina because she was menopausal, anyway. She called my children liars and disregarded everything I had brought for my complaint. My rights were not only violated by Effort Trust, but they were also violated by the Tribunal Court System. They affected my credit and I am apparently on the list of Dysfunctional Tenants. So watch out and remember: always take your Landlords/Superintendents to Court, document everything that happens, take pictures to cover your a*s and last but not least, when it comes down to money, they dont care about you or your health.

Contrary to your statement ( if true - as, indeed, I have no way of validating your report ), MONEY most likely IS the motivating factor here. If all that you say is true, I can absolutely guarantee you that money changed hands.....a good deal of money, to be sure.
No judge I have ever known would make such comments, nor disregard evidence unless he/she were the receipiant of a rather large sum of money ( again, providing the report is indeed true ).
This is just my opinion, of course, and my apologies to all of the non-crooked judges, should they be offended. If, however, any crooked judges are offended, please feel free to post here in this public forum where your concerns about my comments can be voiced for all to read and share.
