I purchased a cell phone holder from eforcity.com. When it arrived it was defective. I contacted eforcity and they told me to return it via USPS and they would send me another replacement. I did and they sent me another replacement, but it also had the same defect.

I then asked for my money back plus all the shipping charges. They said they would just return the product cost but not all the shipping they charged me, including the shipping I paid to return their defective products back to them.

When speaking initially with the customer service representative, he told me to request a reimbursement for the shipping and he was confident they would return the shipping costs, but weeks later my request was denied.
