Complaint Review: Eforcity

I bought some Epson ink from this Eforcity on Ebay.
the ink doesn't work, so I sent them emails and tried to call.

never heard anything for months, this is their way dealing with customers.

I filed claim with Paypal, but I return the item in the way of "return to sender" so I don't have a trace number from the Post office. So I lost the case.
It is not even that much money.
It is just the way Eforcity is doing business.
not honest.
If you buy stuff from them, it better be nothing wrong.
otherwise wait for your" customer service"
