Complaint Review: Eforcity

I bought from this company hoping I would save some money. I placed my order Friday 1/18/08.

I received an email same day.... Thank you for ordering from Eforcity.com.Your order is being processed and should be shipped out from our automated warehouse in 1-3 business days.

I received another email on 1/22/08 email telling me to verify my address and I did send them a bunch of email to confirm my address. All my emails came back to me saying ... Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently... sales@eforcity.com, service@eforcity.com. How can we get hold of you guys if all your emails are not working?

There is nothing wrong with my address. I have the correct address in the invoice You should be ashamed of yourself. I am not a rich person. I am a victim of a hit and run accident. I was in the hospital for 8 months and was discharged from the hospital 3 weeks ago because my insurance are cutting offf my expenses.You have no idea what I have been through and still going through. I am now disabled for life. I lost my bladder with broken wrist. I am just asking a friend a favor to type this. I can't afford to buy another inks again. Your error is putting me in a difficult position, I need to print and file some very important documents.

This is the last thing I need, to be stressed out. I noticed that you only respond here. . It has been more than a week and we are both in the same state And please don't give me an automated response.. A detailed email with all the tracking information will be sent to you shortly.Please feel free to contact us directly at service@eforcity.com. Your emails are shut off.

They only respond on sites that they gotten review. They responded on my review from another site. I recieved an email from eforcity informing me that via DHL. Orders usually arrive in 4-14 business days of the ship date. You guys are a bunch of fake, The tracking number that you guys gave me does not work on DHL website. How can it be 4 to 14 days if we are both in the same State. How can you sleep at night knowing you ripped off a disabled person or even anyone. You guys are swindlers, fake, inconsiderate, heartless. It is 2/3/08 and still waitiing and very stressed out.
