I received a defective pager from the seller, I requested either a refund or a replacement and got neither. The seller insists that since it is new it is covered by the warranty.
This is not true since the pager was manufactured more than 2 years ago. How do I know, I asked the manufacturer. The other problem is the claim of it being new, which when I received the box had been opened and the condition of the package was certainly not new. I also know the seller has more of the identical model pager because I have seen them listed on Ebay and I find it very hard to believe that if he is in a CREDIBLE business why he is not willing to replace a defective product?
If he is so sure it can be replaced by the terms of the warranty why is he so reluctant to take it back and do so? BUYERS BEWARE!!!!, this guy is involved in shady business practices and is in fact selling returned merchandise as new. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!
