The charming "lost" Italian salesman trying to avoid duties on "leather" jackets by giving them away. Just $400 for four of them. I must say they were good fakes. (Or he switches them along the way.)
"Salvatore Alfonso" actually followed me home from a small plaza and very politely flagged me down in my driveway. He uses a business card with an address on the Via Montenapoeone, Milano, a famed shopping district. His store name, Top Man Fashion Clothing, doesn't appear anywhere there though. Surprise!
He's so good at establishing rapport that I'm sure he would do well selling honestly. But you can't set your own hours that way I guess!
