Justice McCay -AKA Monarch- False Accusation by Monarch's Friend without Phyiscal Proof Browns Mills New Jersey Evening fellow consumers, wanting to become consumers or acknowledgers on wanting to know personal information on other website information data base per say. I would like everyone to carefully read this as this is part of an importance to each consumer or customers relaying to the business industry of MMORPG (Mass Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) virtual goods. I would highly accommodate you to the company known as: Electronic Gaming Supply, or for short, EGS.

I will state my purpose and proof to you that I am in no way shape or form a scammer person in the world of MMORPG virtual goods. I refer you to the following things documented as proof to many who has assumed or victimized me as being a scammer

First, I would like to introduce myself as a playerauctions.com member formally known as Iceymountain (feed back of 5), verified by paypal for two years, and most of all, playerauctiosn validates both item number references on my statement, both paypal and playerauctions.com, which thusly is the legitimacy to virtual goods businesses. Email formally known as icewaveck@live.com (the ck is short for ck user, which I am no longer am a user because the admin gets mad for banning me advertising my sale links to my listing).

Playerauctions.com is a great service based on able to back up proof of delivery, item numbers, and protected from things like charge backs of any kind even if paypal hears the word virtual goods they still consider the case based on feed back, evidence (that includes videos and playerauctions.com security center) provided by me. Playerauctions.com is licensed, protection certified seal of VeriSign Secured, McAfee identity theft secured, PlayerAuctions is headquartered in Los Angeles and has additional offices in Seoul, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, making themselves world wide.

Don't take my word for it, use google, researches, or anything you can try finding more about playerauctions.com. There have never been any negative reports against playerauctions (some being reports but phishing emails and scammers who try to sell accounts and then reclaiming them back, which PA protects, people from that).

Playerauctions is not something you just go and register easily as you would normally would on forums. Playerauctions requires you to register both by your valid phone number, paypal (must be verified), and having to send a photo copy of your state ID and or Driver's license. This is what it means of security, peace of mind, and satisfaction.

I made my first visit to EGS knowingly (as PlatinumSoul user) and assuming that the site looked promising and very secure based on detail through explanation of middle man service, itrader feedback, and convincingly of item numbers being documented trade to trade, sales to sales, and of course buying.

Here's where my threads started: http://www.egamingsupply.com/forum/sell-final-fantasy-xi-ffxi-accounts/63251-75-drk-war-blm-kraken-club-ixion-cloak-algol-5-5-askar.html

On EGS, I was granted to find many buyers, but administrators on the website appear to be more hostile and pushover rather than appearing to be legit and mature. Though it was the least to my concerns. I have made also a thread on selling 33mil for no more and little as $990 (30$ per mil), which is significantly a perfect minimum price to sell among the industry. For prices such as these, I do tend to raise slightly based on market price value, and not anything in relations with bizarre insane prices like IGE or USA MOGS gil distribution.

Having to sell gil was wonderful and easily grasped customers to my website. However, because of this thread of having to be interested in an account and my personal account for trade using services for middle man of ckgaming:

http://www.egamingsupply.com/forum/sell-final-fantasy-xi-ffxi-accounts/63251-75-drk-war-blm-kraken-club-ixion-cloak-algol-5-5-askar.html

I was banned even though no deal was done and I had personally told the buyer I was no longer interested in the account. I wasn't desperate nor did I wish to continue contacting the buyer. Admin (Friend of Monarchs) Emaki refused to talk neither over IM nor on email of the unfair action made against me or the accusation as well. He/She didn't bother to provide actual evidence of a scam or attempted scam when let alone I had none. What does he/she do? Involve others and continue to be problematic in my reputation. That's not being mature in the industry, that's being immature and showing how poor and poor visualizations being merited towards the community in the industry.

First, I would like to narrow down a few things about middle men services. According to the creation of this website, it was created in Creation date: 13 Oct 2005 23:49:42, which at the time had very little traffic. Based on user's knowledge, most of the traffic had migrated from the forum called Markeedragon.com (confirmed by admin of markeedragon.com and site traffic evaluation gathering). The Middle man service narrowed down to the main man of middle man service of Monarch (Justice McCay). Justice was actually a site owner and creator of Casino triangle businesses online. Of course, you can see for yourself on google tools without me having to pull all that up for you, so I will not go deep depths into this.

Anyway, relating back to the subject; Mr. McCay began to search more middle man people to work for his site to continue prolong or increase reliability of middle man services. Granted, this is actually a smart idea of having more than one person to have availability to many users, however; notice today there is several middle men over 12 rather the usual number of 3-4 back in 2006 or 2007. They also updated the service of having itrader feed back and also item/trade/sale number reference to make it look legit. But even so, this doesn't not provide full protection coverage business wise to things such as paypal, Western union, or whichever payment company that handles payments over the crucial argument and debates of Virtual goods. Overall, the system making itrader and number reference deals absolutely useless.

If you have noticed EGS has constantly updated rules in the past many months or a few years to make it ideally secure or able to handle old users to victimize them to being guilty while the administrators appear to be innocent and continue to cloak themselves from ever looking bad towards the community, and businesses of MMORPG virtual goods industry, and crucially be protected by forum users based on words instead of facts and visualization.

While EGS appears to be absolute legit, it is not. EGS is nothing more than a website created and paid hosted by one individual in hopes to gain several traffic waves making as little or over $30 per user for middle man services. EGS is not a licensed website and it is nothing more than a forum website, not a franchise that is licensed as an official company per say. Also, if you happen to read their ToS (Terms of Service) or when you register on their website, they mention they're not a profit organization website, yet; their website online is initialized by .com (for short commercial) when officially and legitimacy should be .org (non-profit organization).

I hope many of you out there use common knowledge and research your website efficiently. Don't be so easily deluded by gimmicks or flashy website that appear to be secure and promising, research it!

Sincerely, David player of Final Fantasy XI.

Well constructed argument, if only all information was provided.

#2Consumer Comment

This was a well constructed opinion, if only it would include the rest of the information so visitors can make an informed decision. I'll simply add some information and leave it at that.

It was felt this user was a potential risk to the other members of the website community, and all that was applied was denial of service to this user. Like any other business entity, EGS is within it's legal right to deny service to anyone who is felt as a threat.

This user committed two acts of violations against the ToS of the website, one which is a known tactic to lure members away from the site, and has been identified as a method most scammers use to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals. The second was the creation of multiple user ID accounts to conceal sincere intentions. This is a shady act that is looked down upon because it hides sincere intent. It results in an instant ban to anyone if found in violation.

This user tripped the security protocols in place using the following ID's.

Next, while the story above may be of concern to some, it was nothing more than an act of retaliation out of spit for the ban decision. I quote this user's very specific comment.

"so I want tihs fixed or I can just report a write up against this company."
As you can clearly see, this entire writeup above is that retaliation threat of a report against the company. He was at least honest about that. I can't say much about anything else mentioned.

Furthermore, EGS takes fraud very seriously on their forums, which is the reason why they refuse to provide service to certain individuals (like the user above), who trip against security protocols. You will find the forums among the most safe in the industry for virtual good transactions for this very specific reason. They actively ban shady individuals for the protection of the community.

If you can respect an active team that is put in place to protect the interest of the community, then please feel free to come visit www.eGamingSupply.com for all your virtual needs.
