Was scammed by Egli electric when purchasing a generator. Was paying for pick up of generator and delivery /set up. They lied to me on the cost of the generator and made me believe I was paying the actual cost of the generator plus $600 delivery / set up. Generator was dumped in the driveway with an extension cord on the ground...no set up. Asked for $2,500 instead of $2,300....which I paid. Wanted CASH. WITHHELD the receipt from me for the generator from Lowes so now I have no warranty. Called and left a message on my mother's phone that he actually only paid $1,100 not 1,700 like he said, but that he would not be refunding and still wanted an additional $264! Sent a fraudulent bill to my mother in the amount of $264, which no one was aware of or ever agreed to. My mother does not even own the property and should not be receiving fraudulent bills. This is harassment. This business is a SCAM!!
