Too good to be true? Items advertised by eglidegoodies.com may seem like good bargains, but they provide limited information on items available for sale and have a return policy of 10 days from date of purchase. Sounds OK except once you submit your purchase they let you know the item is backordered and will ship 15 days after your order (the purchase date). Then when the order you receive is not what you expected they refuse returns because you have exceeded their return policy of 10 days from date of purchase. Nope, can't use logic, they just refuse.

After raising a dispute through PayPal, eGlideGoodies did agree to provide a refund. Their return policy now identifies quite a few items which are not eligible for return. They also indicate they plan to address their return policy relative to time from date of purchase vice receipt. Bottom line: some good deals if you are confident in what you are purchasing, but read the return policy carefully relative to the item you are considering and if in doubt don't chance it.
