Ordered a 7" mini netbook as a Christmas present.  Told there was an icon for wi-fi.  There is not connection for wi-fi and this item is poorly made.  When ordered told 2 to 3 shipping days. Called two weeks later with concerns about company and product and was convinced that with $47.09 in upgrades this product would be great for a 10 year old wanting to use for facebook and email.  I want to return the product and get a full refund as I do not think I should pay a restocking fee of 25% when they sold me garbage.  Also, from what I am seeing on the scam sites is they do not reimburse for the upgrades.  I feel there should be something done about companies like these that take advantage of people.  I am not the one who was hurt in this deal. The only thing my granddaughter asked for for Christmas was a green netbook.  Well, she got one, too bad it doesn't do anything.
