I ordered 2 netbooks from eglobal electronics on December 2 and paid for 3-4 day priority shipping. When after a week I had not received the package I started calling... I never got anyone on the phone by the numbers on the web! I finally found where someone had posted a phone number online through a complaint and I called that #.  I have spoken to this gentleman on 3 occasions on December 18th I called and I was told my package would ship that day.  I called back on Thursday when my package didn't arrive and was told there was a delay and my package did ship on Monday and would be here by Christmas.  It is Christmas Eve and USPS says they have no package.  When I got to my order to track it the USPS says that tracking number doesn't exist!!! My husband doesn't have a job and this WAS my kids Christmas! I was already charged for the netbooks and the expedited shipping and after over 3 weeks for products they said were in stock I still have nothing to give my kids for Christmas. 

 This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! When I was on the phone with the guy Mike I heard a guy in the back ground  tell the other that he needed to "take his c*ck out of his mouth".  I would never write that online but I want everyone to understand the type of people you are dealing with. I hope someone will please take this on and fight this company to get them shut down! I am soooo furious! My kids have nothing for Christmas and it is Christmas EVE and they have my money so I can't go out and buy anything else!!!! I asked for them to refund my money if they couldn't deliver and they promised it would be here for Christmas!!!
