Complaint Review: eGlobal Wireless

In December of 2011 I ordered two mini-computers for my grandchildren as gifts.  After they unwrapped them neither would work.  I called about 10 times before finally got in touch with a human.

They advised me how to set these computer up so they would work. They still would not work so I contacted my IT guy and he looked at them and said to send them back as they were junk.  I sent them back and now I cannot get my money back or use my credits for something else.  Their company policy states you have to return goods within 30 days.  How could I return goods when they would not

answer the phone or my e-mails so I could get a RMA number.. Finally they e-mailed me March 1, 2012 and said "Due to holiday season and current volume we are experiencing, RMA request are currently being processed electronically to give our customers they best possible level of support."  I returned both mini-computes and that was the last I heard from them.  I e-mailed them two weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. They owe me around $150.00.
