I brought a mini netbook for christmas for myself, and from the time Igot the netbook never worked. The battery was damaged, cause no matter how long Icharged the battery the machine kept saying the battery needs to be charged, but when i went return the item, they charge me 25% to place back on the shelf. I callednever spoke to a person (because the voice mail was full for 2 1/2 weeks).. Don't buy any of their items.
