This company is a scam and sells defective products. They charge customers a 25% restocking fee even for defective items. I tried for two weeks to get a return authorization number but they do not return phone calls (unless you're responding to a sales pitch from them) and do not answer email requests. Their online chat is always offline.

After 3 phone calls and four emails to them, I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I had ordered a 7 inch mini-netbook and they then called to sell me a battery. Who knew a computer was sold without a battery? neither the battery nor the netbook worked.
