Complaint Review: Egrandbuy

Sends items other than ones advertised ordered, does not send quantity ordered. Does not return e-mails when trying to settle problems with his defective products. Had to call his home after 3 monts of no refund. refund sent 1 week after phone call to his home. Ebay would not take action against this seller. Said he was not doing anything wrong

Egrandbuy is a fraudulent seller on Ebay. I returned a defective item for refund and he refused to send refund even though he promised he would. Fair Trade was no help...
complaint to Ebay was no help. Complaint to the better business bureau in Ca. was no help. He did not respond to any of these.

After 3 months of no responses to my emails, I called his home to see why he would not refund my money. Spoke to a family member at this phone No. I told this person that to give egrandbuy Mr. Jun H. Ma the message to send me my refund or I would keep calling his home. Refund sent 1 week later..
