Complaint Review: egumball

 I was called today from a representative of egumball, letting me know that I had not paid for my services they were rendering, I never got on the front page of google as they promised. I was told that I would be promised the front page on google, I am a auto repair business, Nick Rivers called an said that I owed for 9 months past due, I did not sign a contract for continued service, I simply did not get on the front page as promised and cancelled my card #, now after 10 months Nick calls an says I owe for 9 months as he is telling me I google auto repair and don't find me on the front page, he then tells me it is googles fault, I was told that the company guarunteed front page, Never got it, I will not be talked to the way I was by Nicks supposed manager, She told me to just listen and would not let me talk, Rude Rude Rude, I will join in on a class action suit and get my first payment back, The manager lady told me what the judge would do to me, I guess she thinks she is the judge.
