eHarmony.com Rips off the Paying individual free membership, voyeurs Santa Monica California
Eharmony.com used to be complex and beneficial. In todays market however, FREE means CHEAP and cheap is crappy most of the time. When I joined eharmony to the tune of almost $200, I expected the men to pay also which levels the playing field.
Things are bad, and as any business will agree, eharmony's marketing mavens decided that its a good thing to allow people to join for free and browse. This action cheapened their website, therefore devaluing my purchase. I want some money back as this site has been much worse than other FREE sites and even other pay dating sites.
I wrote to them and got the typical answer I expected. To hell with my total dissatisfaction that you cheapened my purchase then refuse to refund me. Dr Neil Clark Warren - rot in hell.

I believe you should offer a refund to me. I have done everything right, I have reached out. The men fail to follow thru 100% ! If they are members for free, they back out. I pay, they get to look and not follow thru. This is not what I signed up for and I am not a bad catch at all. I do much better on my own. I want a refund. This is the 2nd time (in 10 yrs) that eHarmony has disappointed me.
