Eharmony does not refund? No refunds, Scam, horrible customer service Internet
Never have I dealt with worse customer Service. No refunds? Cannot get money back that I, in writing told them not to charge me. They charged me anyway. Illegal, unethical and scam-like.
The customer has rights. I filed a dispute with my bank, and the fair trade commission and will be slamming them all over every page I can find until my money is returned. I cannot believe they do business this way. Horrible!!! I urge all to file grievances if you have been met with the same terrible service with EHarmony.
Disgusted. If you have experienced this same terrible service, please file your experienced online on all sites like this. We have to stop Eharmoney from these terrible business practices.
