eHarmony advertises "free communication" which is technically true BUT what they don't tell you is that you won't be able to SEE the person with whom you are communicating unless you PAY A FEE.  Then you get into these auto-pay problems other people are complaining about.  I had a man who was a paying member chatting with me - he could see my photo but I could NOT SEE HIS and that is radically unfair.  Other services  allow you to SEE the person before you communicate and THEN decide if you WANT to chat with them or not!  Then you can send a "flirt" for free.  Or you can pay to become a Premium member and have regular conversations with that person.  eHarmony does not allow you to SEE a person before contacting them.  I have spoken to them several times about that but they stand firm on that policy.  I'd say don't use them.
