My experience here has been 3 years of futility. Your promises are "empty" of any real substance and with the so called "matches" you provided me I could have done just as well picking people at the mall. As much time, energy and finances this site has cost me, you can be sure I do not recommend eharmony to anyone. The whole premise of finding some "perfect" person, except she lives in "Groundswell, Oklahoma" or some other such place and I or she would have to move is a bankrupt philosophy.
After three full years, you have multiplied my anger by crushing "hope" in the process.
Your "successes" mean nothing to me and I would like to see a survey three/five years from now on how much better your system is at keeping people from divorce. I would bet in the long run it is no better than 50%. Prove me wrong.
I want an IMMEDIATE credit to my account and close it for good.
How do you people sleep at night?

im sorry you had such a tough time with your dating service.but they are not a guarantee.nothing is!!it isnt like buying clothing,trying it to your size and exchanging if necessary.it is a totally different thing.life is what we make of it,if we hate the world then the world will hate us and if we roll with it,then itll roll with us!!if it was so bad why did you stay on here for 3 years?i dont get it?they shouldnt have to return your money because you couldnt find someone to love.not every person in the AMERICA is a QUACK!! maybe you have to many fetishes and look for all the bad in people and never open up to any of the good?ever think of that??there isnt 1 perfect person in this world!!im gonna tell you that right now.somewhere deep down every person has a skeleton or 2 in there closets.try another site then and you shouldnt have stayed on that site for 3 yrs.expand your horizons.good luck to you in your future!
