EHARMONY online matching service is a TOTAL ripoff! They offer you a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, and then they ignore all emails and correspondence from you to do so. They do not have a phone number, limiting the way to contact them strictly to email through their website. They then ignore you, maybe answer you back weeks later, and guess what??? They then tell you your acct will be closed and credited within 3 days...that is a LIE!! It only takes them one second to charge you, so why in the world can they not CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT... and CREDIT your money back?
THEY ARE A SCAM! BEWARE!
