Here is one of the many letters I sent to this company:

I called you people--I don't know how many times already. I want my complete refund including my Membership Fee ASAP.

Your company and the people that work there are FRAUDS. I haven't even received my ID cards or anything after I was charged a membership fee of $125.00 and $209.00 for the premium and I was told I would be insured effective February 1, 2006. At this point, I want nothing from you people except all my money back.

You have already been reported to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. If need be, my lawyer will be contacting you.

I really don't know how this horrible lying company and its employees are still in business. The rep that I talked to was so nice to me--what a phoney. I paid my membership fee and premium-- after that I had some questions and she was no where to be found. Her name is Katie. And the supervisor is Michele. Both of which have disappeared. This person Katie never told me I was buying discounted insurance and a horrible one at that. She lied through her teeth. She also told me if I wasn't satisfied I would get my refund in 30 days. I am still waiting, calling and writing them.

It's really ashame how many schemers are out there trying to take advantage of a middle class person.

Please help! I have called and written to this horrible company so many times. I have not gotten any satisfaction.

Please whoever reads this--do not sign up with these people.
