EHome Distribution Jim & Colleen Bunce Charged me for a product/service I returned within 14 days of receipt Phoenix, Arizona
I answered an ad for starting an online business. I requested the packet. I was then called by the Bunce's to set up a phone appointment after I had reviewed the packet and watched an enclosed DVD. I set an appointment for Saturday June 2nd. Of course there was no reference to who this company was or what kind of products they were marketing. But given the nature of this process for promoting I checked further and found out the company was actually the MLM company Herbalife.
I had a horrible experience with Herbalife several years ago so called Jim Bunce to cancel our phone appointment......he asked me to package the packet and return it to them within 14 days so I would NOT BE CHARGED A FEE OF $39.95. I did send the packet back promptly June 4th. Colleen Bunce charged me for the package $39.95 on June 6th......that is NOT 14 days from receipt of packet and NOW they will not respond to my requests for a refund. This is soooo typical of this company. I did not want any part of this business and I still was charged. I want my money refunded.

Refund Granted But Beware

After two emails requesting a refund I received a response from James Bunce. Apparently he had just received notification that my package did indeed arrive within the 14 day grace period. However, any who chooses to do business with this company should be aware. YOU DO NOT HAVE 14 DAYS before they charge the $39.95. It will be withdrawn from your account immediately. Keep track of your charges if you decide not to pursue their business opportunity. If you choose to become involved with a MLM company, when all is said and done. Herbalife has been around for years, and they seem to be doing a good job of reinventing their marketing system. I still have a problem with their inability to tell you what "the business" actually is.
