This is a small outfit (husband and wife team) and I was aware of the from the very start, but that's no excuse for any business.

It became apparent that after a few months of hosting, my support emails were beginning to go unanswered and simple requests that they said would only take 24 hours took 1 week. Eventually, my emails and phone calls were completely ignored. I sent emails every day for almost 2 weeks threatening to take my experiences public to a place like this, and still I got no response. Keep in mind, I wasn't actually asking for anything except the knowledge that they were receiving my emails. Still, they refused to respond, no matter what method I tried to contact them with.

The straw that broke the camels back was when I found out that they were using my 404 error pages to redirect traffic to web customers sites with who pay them to drive traffic to their sites through another company they own called i-web-marketing.com. At first I thought this was a virus, and called them about it. No response, so I left a voice mail. Eventually, they solved the problem. Well come to find out, they turned it back on, and now if anyone goes to a page that doesn't exist on my domain, they are redirected to customers pages under i-web-marketing.com.

They have a great line of services for an amazing price. But you get what you pay for, and if you require any customer service, you'll want to avoid this company.

It appears my email was read regarding Ehostsources practice of redirecting 404 error pages to drive stats to other customers who pay them to do so. On the other hand, they continue to ignore my emails. So as a test, I wrote them messages under different aliases. Those were answered withing 24 hours. I wasn't surprised to say the least. I'll continue to post updates as they happen.
