On July 9th I was watching TV. I saw an ad for a weight loss supplement called Suvaril. I went on line @ http://www.suvaril.org/ and placed an order with my credit card. I was charged $9.99 for shipping at that time. By the 16th of July, I still had not received my order. This time I called the number that was given on the commercial. The man I spoke with said that I had not recieved the supplements because I never placed an order with them and that I should call my credit card company.

I spoke with my credit card company and was informed that I had also been charged $79.99 from the same company Eight Squared INCo. I never authorized this nor was I ever informed that I would be charged further more I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!!

Right away I wanted to contact the company responsible for this. I called the phone number listed with the charges on my credit card statement (919)-816-0080. It was busy for hours and when I finally got through my call was answered by an automated system which instructed me to call back between 9-5, Mon-Fri. It was noon on Friday when I called.

I entered the name Eight Squared into my computers search engine and was directed to what seemed to be a web page for a marketing/eCommerce solutions site. I tried entering the number I had called earlier into the search engine and came across a page @ (URL removed by ripoffreport.com). There I found a number for customer service 1-866-816-0099. When I called I was placed on hold for-um-ever.

When I finaly spoke to someone I was told that all they could do is go ahead and ship me the next installment of my "continuity program"? I explained over and over that I never received anything at all. I was put on hold again and someone else came to the phone and told me that they had no way of tracking wether or not things are ever shipped and that basicly it was my fault for not contacting them sooner. When I explained that I called and was told that I never placed an order I was told that I should have emailed not called!

I am not really satisfied with the outcome of this the only resolution I was given was pretty much cancel "my continuity program" and suck up the loss! I would not be so P/Oed if I had recieved so much as a single pill or maybe a card saying sorry we forgot your pills or something! This to me is the epitome of bad business.
