This apartment complex claims to be very high luxury class in Newport Beach where you can expect to pay a very high amount for a small amount of room unfortunately the amenities here are everything but working you'll find most of the fire pits don't work as well as the key fobs will stop working mysteriously.
Also when you call to have help or care or any of the units expected to take a very long time not only that but the burners and the air conditioning will stop working mysteriously as well including the noise complaints that you'll get for making absolutely no noise the place would be fun except for the fact that it's crawling with dramatic overtones and violent situations.
Not to mention the police have visited at least 5 to 10 times a day ever since living there I wouldn't recommend this place as the rent continue to rise for no reason and the amenities still were not working overall they were a very low quality luxury apartment studio or the money and the asking price was absolutely ridiculous.
In the end I got evicted without even a court date just mysteriously kicked out and not even offered an opportunity to properly move my belongings out of the building. These people were very rude at the end and even tried to kick me out. If I had a guest past and visited some of the other tenants.
They seem like they're nice and friendly but after a long disappointing rental term I would never rent here again.
