Complaint Review: Eightvape

Eightvape They "shipped" my order but the tracking hasn't moved. I've contacted via email as there is no phone number to call. I had order insurance and they won't refund my money North Las Vegas Nevada

I placed an order, it supposedly shipped 4/1. I waited a bit and tracked it, didn't move for a week. Emailed them and all of a sudden it now says it shipped 4/2. No movement since 4/7. They won't respond anymore, won't refund my money. Many others have the same issues.
