Booked transfer from Eindhoven Airport to hotel and return journey online in advance. Paid for this by credit card and the money was taken from my account.

Arrived in Eindhoven and was met by the driver who, at the end of the journey insisted that I pay for the trip and said he knew nothing of the payment I had already made. I therefore had to pay twice for my journeys. This company offers airport transfers around Europe but I would not recommend their use.

I have made several attempts to contact the company. The first time they acknowledged there was an error and said they would sort it out but they didn't. Now they do not reply despite my efforts to get this dealt with.

I'm replying to your complain on behalf of the Airportways.com company. We do apologize for the misunderstandings, which happened during our service. We had a new service providing partner in the Netherlands who unfortunately messed up the things.
It was more than one year ago, and for now our company expanded, becoming one of the biggest transfer companies in the world providing the best quality service for our clients to more than 9000 destinations. 
As far as I know the money was refunded to your account when we found out what happened, and hopefully such a misunderstanding can never happen again.
