I started this blog to inform all the cosmetic doctors that work with Einstein Dental or Einstein Medical of the truths that are going on behind the scenes. My hopes are to inform clients and potential clients of the types of unethical things that are going on at Einstein Dental and Einstein Medical so that there is never another person that will be screwed over by this company. They are an internet marketing company that works with cosmetic doctors and dentist. They have been around for a long time and have continued to screw people over for many many years. They got doctors to invest in the company to get off the ground and if you ask any of those doctor's if they have seen a penny of that money back then I'm sure a majority of them will say no. I know a handful of doctors that I have spoken with personally said that they never got a dime back from Einstein Dental or Einstein Medical. Fast forward a few years to when they were busted for charging people's cards without delivering websites. The credit card companies sent back all the payments to the clients so they were out a ton of money and couldn't make payroll. There were a number of employees that didn't get paid from Einstein Dental or Einstein Medical. They were eventually sued for not making payroll and were left in incredible debt. This is where the s****.>

While there are some truths presented in this report, they are colored by extreme bias and obvious anger by someone who clearly has an axe to grind. I am an Einstein employee, and I can say that while the company described in the original post certainly had its share of issues, the company I currently work for treats its clients very well and its employees fairly and with considerable compassion. I take grave issue with the charge that the company is "unethical." We all work hard to provide products of exceptional quality, and the majority of our clients are satisfied, with quite a few being extremely pleased.
Honestly, the points expressed in the original report should be taken with more than one grain of salt. Virtually every company has had its share of ups and downs, Einstein included. But to paint the company as this cauldron of evil and incompetence is just wrong. The "truths" expressed are cherry-picked and tainted by vitriol. The company has made tremendous strides over the course of 2012 and 2013, and it's largely because of the work of talented people who take pride in what they do. And, yes, we do care about our clients, quite a lot actually.
I, too, may be biased as I not only work here but am proud to work with some fine people who are certainly far from unethical. The past is past; Einstein Medical as it stands today is a company deserving of a far different, and far better, reputation than the original report would suggest.
To that end, I will stake my own reputation on my opinion by signing off with my real name. This is my career and my livelihood, and my family depends on my hard work. I am thankful that my gifted colleagues make it possible for me to support my wife and child and feel quite good about what I do.
