We have been taken. It has been a long, stressful, tiring journey. We have filed complaints with the FMC, BBB, and are now finding about all of these complaints through these web pages. Where were these pages when I was searching this company? I have learned..
We found El Al, hired them (based on good BBB reports) and paid them in-full for door to door service. We even paid extra to have insurance. Our container has not arrived. I have found it and started paying everyone their dues. We are up to $11,500 and still climbing. No one was paid along the way. We are preparing ourselves for a total nightmare when and if we ever get our box.

This company also goes by the name Global Express and is run/owned by Bella Grushko. I do not want anyother company with a simular name to be mistaken for this one. We have learned that she, Bella, has done the same thing to at least 30 other people.

It is noted that there are several companies that start with the words El Al. I want it to be known that this complaint is addressing the company that is owned and/or run by Bella Grushko. It may also be called Global Express.
