Vacation in Mazatlan Mexico, got invited to the el cid el moro resort, got Ripped Off by the salesperson, 34,000us and its was all lies, Rui Velosi its all a big game to get your cash downpayment, you buy points and then you fall into the trap of the rental scam.. Rui Velosi is canadian living and working in Mazatlan this scum tried touching my wife the day we went in for a refund give us a break this fat sh*t does not only scam people he wants to f*ck them too ruivelosomx@yahoo.com the management are all in on the scam, they all know the rental is a scam, they will not let the resort el cid complete a deal with rental in it... however they just let the Rui Velosi to write private deals as if the El Cid Resort was in agreement, then turn there back and just say if its not in there agreement if not part of the deal... FRAUD IS FRAUD letting your employees operate like they are in fact the el cid resort, makes it all a scam and fraud.
