Complaint Review: El Cid Electonics

There's a company selling electronics such as computers, TV's, and other sorts of electronics with prices insanely low. Of couse the thought of a fake site came to mind but I looked and they had trusted payments sites such as paypal. So I tried ordering and there was a email from Paypal stating the payment to El Cid Electonics. When I called the number that's provided under the "contact us" section the phone kept ringing. So I canceled the order ASAP. Suprised at the fact no one has reported this site I had to do something about it. I'm pretty sure the site is a scam but I need a stronger source of an opinion.
