Complaint Review: El Cid Vacations

 El Cid stated points never expired. I tried to book several times only to find I could find alternative reservations options without fees galore, on other travel search engines. After a year I was told that my points had expired and they would not re-instate over the phone that I had to send something in writing to their corporate office in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mx.

 They have not responded and the people on the phone have very poor customer service. Let me say they are not rude, there's just NO service to the customer!

 I have contacted this UK company that says they have other clients that have fraud. I don't know if they can do something since I am in the US, but I am sure going to try.
