I found a website that said that they could help people like me (in financial straits) get a loan. It was to no avail. Until, a few days later, I recieved a call from and spoke to Ashley Simmons of EL CREST LENDING GROUP. She assured me that this was a legitiamte lending company in Baltimore, MD and that this was not a joke; and that I was appoved for a 5000 dollar loan.

I agreed and begun to do business with Miss Simmons. She faxed some paperwork over for me to sign and then told me that I needed to pay 787.00 (wired to them) to recieve funds the next day. I didn't know what to think of this and decided to do some research. i found that some companies were asking for upfront funds, to prove that you were serious. 787 dollars was to be the first 5 months of payments for the loan.

When i agreed, Miss simons wanted me to call her from the store to let her know that I had wired to money. i did, and she said that the funds would be available the next day.

When the next day came, there were no funds deposited. I waited until EXACTLY 24 hours after I sent the funds, nothing. I began to call the company every half hour. I (of course) couldn't reach Miss Simmons and she DID NOT call me back.

The next day, my account was overdrawn. I was going on a family reunion that weekend. I had no money, and spent the entire reunion worried about this and sitting in my hotel room.

When i came back from the reunion, I called Miss Smmons (3 days later) the number has an automated message that says "GOODBYE". Now, I don't know what to do. I feel angry, disapointed, taken advantage of. The fact that someone promised me the money and for me to send them the last bit of money that I had was very disheartening. I want that money back with interest and feel that they have to pay for this!!! If there is anyone out there who is interested in a class action suit, leave me a rebutal.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! You WILL be sorry!

Thank you for listening.
