Back in August this year, we spent more than a $1,000 to get a 6 seats dining set which looked fine, modern, strong, and steady. After couple of weeks of using the dinning set, the cushion started to feel weak as everytime we sat, the cushion fallen all the way down as sat on the wooden frame of the seat. All sits are like this. At the same time the sits were not steady, the wood is weak, and they look like if they were part of an old dinning ser.
We called the customer service numer and no body answered it niether reply our calls. We had to make the claim to the sales person who sold the set, this way we got a technician to come home and check the sits. After the technician checked the sits, he agreed with us that the set was not worth the money we had paid but he said there's no technical problems with the sits; he said he'll report that customer is not satisfied with the product. I nver received a call from customer sevices regarding this visit so we called the sales person again who said he could not do anything and that he would try to get his manager to see if he can do something. No body called us ever. This is 4 months now.
Now, the wood laminate that covers the sit is falling apart on the corners of the frames..... what else is going to happen to this garbage funriture for which we paid more than $1,000.... in a year we would not have any dinning set to sit.... My previous dinning set was with us for almost 4 years and it was in perfect condition, certainly bought at CITY FURNITURE.
