El Dorado Hotel, the owner Debra, and desk clerk Matt The staff routinely screams at guests, and they kick out people for no apparent reason and give them 10 mins to vacate then begin tossing out their belongings. They never give you your deposit back. Anaheim California

 This hotel is for people who are already struggling to get by but Matt the desk clerk routinely screams at guests in front of anybody who's standing there and treated me with utmost disrespect. The owner screams at the staff and the guests. Matt routinely put on a hoodie and walks to the corner where people are shopping to find out info on them to tell the owner They made me rent a room every 28 daysthey put a boot lock on my door and charged me another deposit and for an extra night. The towels are already stained from being washed by them. And put in the bathroom . I never even used the towels at all and they refused to return my deposit saying I stained their towels. And I had a boyfriend come to visit and they kicked me out for that saying "you had a man in your room". Well, I'm an adult. They have a very strict "no pets" policy and the staff entered my neighbors room when they were not home and saw a kitten in the bathroom and my neighbor was given 10 mins to get out and she was a single mother of 3 small girls and no money. The owner has her own small herd of dogs though and routinely releases them unleashed to relieve themselves on the property. Even the church which comes every week shakes their head in disgust at the complete disrespect to the guests. And the staff is required to tattle on everything they see or they get fired.

 I use to work there for a few months and the owner Deborah was not professional at all. She will scream at disrespect her employees. She doesn’t know how to manage the property and especially her daughter. She fired a supervisor named Harold tucker that was working there for over 25 years and because he was old and couldn’t walk she told him to leave the property because he couldn’t help the company anymore. He used to live in Valencia inn which is another property she runs. Now Harold has no home and is staying in a elderly residence where he can’t walk. I left that job because she will treat her employees like trash. And she will keep the guest deposit for any reason she can find.
