El Dorado resorts grand view Class action Las Vegas Nevada
Let's make this short. We bought a timeshare from Grand View Las Vegas by pressure. I called 2 days later to cancel and no one answered the phone. I call again the following 2 days to no avail. When I finally got a hold of them they said it was to late to cancel. Kept my money for the down payment and now are trying to send me to collections. How can we file a class action lawsuit anyone?
