Complaint Review: El Gordo Estrella Seguros Manfre Marketing

Received letter early January 2005 advising we had won lottery (Loteria Primitiva) held on 22 December 2004, requesting banking and personal details to obtain release of funds. Required response by 24 February 2005.

Name of my mother, to whom the letter was addressed, may have come from a newspaper legal notice we had posted on her behalf, as form of her name and address were slightly unusual.

Similar winning ticket numbers as others posted on this website.
Names used in the letter included "Harris Jose Foreign Operations Manager" and "Martin Sanhez Fernandez President Lottery Award Board".
