El seor Eduardo Valencia Castellanos y sus abogados de apellido Valencia, estan realizando fraude y amenazas a los compradores en el inexistente condominio denominado "ACQUA LOFT" NUEVO VALLARTA, este seor en primer lugar no ha cumplido con nada de lo pactado en el contrato de compra de apartamentos o loft, ya que sin existir un regimen legal o de condominio, cobra a su antojo las cuotas ordinarias y extraordinarias, adems de que no cumplio con nada de lo estipulado en cuestin de instalaciones del supuesto condominio, son instalaciones muy malas y de mala calidad.

El seor Eduardo Valencia su modus operandi son las amenazas graves a los compradores  en ACQUA LOFT, NUEVO VALLARTA, NAYARIT, MEXICO, este seor cobra cuota de mantenimiento muy altas sin siquiera existir o estar constituido un regimen legal de condominio, adems de esto se inventa cuotas extreaordinarias para compra de mobiliario, cuando en el contrato de compra venta ya venian incluidos dichos muebles de areas comunes.

Es el caso de que alguno de los propietarios se inconforme o no este en acuerdo con Eduardo Valencia,  entonces eol resultado es que le nieguen la entrada a su apartamento o loft, sin explicacin alguna.

Adems este seor EDUARDO VALENCIA C. esta cobrando intereses al orden del 2,400% en caso de no pago en tiempo de las cuotas inexistentes e ilegales condominales (NO EXISTE CONDOMINIO), cobra una pena diaria de $20.00 USD por unidad o apartamento.

Este seor adems se la pasa amenazando a los compradores, expresando que no les va a escriturar su apartamento en caso de no pagar cuotas extraordinarias, intereses y pagos inexistentes que se inventa este seor.

Adems de todo, el seor EDUARDO VALENCIA C. presume que una de las albercas que son areas comunes es de su propiedad y si quieres hacer uso de ella te cobra una cantidad, cuando es claro que en el contrato de compra venia bien estipulado el uso de las areas comunes y cuales eran estas incluyendo la alberca que renta.

Engaa a los compradores de nacionalidad Canadiense y Norteamericana dejandolos en un verdadero estado de indefencin en caso de controversia, es un seor EDUARDO VALENCIA, muy prepotente y se la vive con engaos contra los extranjeros y nacionales.

Espero y tomen nota, para que a nadie se le ocurra comprarle un condominio a este seor, ya que no solo podria salir con un fraude sino peligrar su integridad fisica y en el peor de los casos su vida, EDUARDO VALENCIA C. es un loco defraudador que no esta bien de su cabeza y que adems no da la cara sino es por telefono solamente.
