I HAVE CALLED TO MAKE PAYMENT ON PHONE SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND THE ELECTRIC COMPANY OR BILL MATRIX IS NOT EXCEPTING IT. EVEN AFTER HOURS THAT SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK EITHER. I ALSO GOT TWO DIFFERENT BILLS SAYING TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. WHEN I HAVE CALLED THE 915 543-5970 IT GIVES ME ANOTHER LARGER AMOUNT AND GIVES ME THREE DIFFERENT DAYS THEY WANT TO DISCONNECT MY SERVICE. ITS CONFUSING AND ITS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE. I ALSO TRIED GETTING INTO THE LOG IN ON THE WEB SITE AND I CANT GET IN. THEY NEED TO HAVE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORRECT INFORMATION BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME.
