Dr Sammy pyon of el segundo chiropractic was offering free no obligation consultations ,exam, X-rays were supposed to be free. A few weeks after treatment I was receiving bills and contacted my insurance company to see why. They had stated that services were being billed even though dr pyon had marketed them as free and no fee needed to be paid.. I have contacted the board of ca chiropractic and I am awaiting an investigation results.

This is totally illegal and fraudulent to offer free services and then charge for them I hope all that see this understand whatismgoing on here at this local chiropractic office.

Not a true patient this is a fraudulent marketing company

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

This is not a true patient.  This is actually written by a marketing company that was supposed to do marketing calls for us, but they took our money and never delivered their service.  Therefore I filed a complaint against them with the BBB.  So they are retaliating against me.  They are the ones that call to offer a complimentary visit.  However, we do not take insurance, as our patients bill their own insurance for reimbursement.  So we would not even bill the insurance company, unless it was specifically requested by the patient.  The dead give away is at the end where they say "to no fault of his marketing company"  Most people who get marketing calls don't distinguish the marketing company from the company itself, but they sure wanted people to know that it wasn't the fault of the marketing company.  We don't do calls so people don't need to worry about that.  The reason we didn't want to do marketing calls is because of companies like these.  We are a family based, faith based office and we want people who want to grow their health in all facets to find us.  We are not an insurance office.
