Elaine Cass scheduled a service call for us to come to her house and agreed to $95 service call. We reprogrammed and checked the opertions of her variable speed pump and took photos of the pool as she requested.
There was no one at the house she is selling in Orange CA. We called her to let her know the timers are set and running on schedule. She rudely told my office manager she cancelled the appointment which we have no record of, refused to pay and hung up on us!! What a rude B!!!!
