I have contacted th comany to fix my PS3, they sent me back a DHL box and I shipped my PS3 this was on 6/17/2008, I paid for the service but never received my PS3. I have sent e-mails for status but no response. I have called but no one answers the phone. My next step is to contact the local authorities there and file a complain.

I received a PS3 back, but it is not my PS3, I compared it with my serial number from the box to make sure and it isn't the same. So yes, I did receive a PS3 back but not mine. So if you were a victim by Elaptoprepair with a PS3 and want to make sure that they didn't send your PS3 to me, send me an e-mail to (((ROR REDACTED))) with the serial number. If the serial number matches I will let my Local- Law Authority know, so they can add it to the report. I don't want you to be a victim and would gladly return it to the proper owner. It is in working condition like new and I know that my cover had some scatches and this PS3 doesn't.

I have sent complaints to FTC, BBB and the IC3 about these crooks. I also sent an e-mail to Dawson, Gregory [GDawson@orlandosentinel.com] the local newspaper in the Elaptoprepair area. He will forward you e-mail to them and put your e-mail in his column. We have to continue the fight to put these crooks down. Check out Greg Dawson articles
