Ordered several woman's dresses. When they arrived they were not the right product. Their website listed a return policy and instructions. Listed Greenwood, Indiana as location but no address. No response when we emailed them. Their phone number was either ficticious or mis-typed. It did not work.
Called City of Greenwood offices. They had no record of company. Transferred me to their permits department who also had no information on company. They visited website and said almost immediately it appeared to be a scam website.
We filled out an online form about the matter and have heard nothing back. We were advised to alert our bank and credit card companies. As far as we can tell, this is an on-line scam and strongly recommend neither company be patronized. Company names are Elarise and Daivas.
