Elarise Sold me an inferior product, will not return my money Greenwood Indiana

I ordered a dress and a sweater from this company based on photographs of the items.  I always check to see where the company is based, and it appeared this company was based in the US, and they have stated that they are.  They are not, although I can't find out which country but I believe it is China.  I also checked the return policy, and they accept returns that are based on quality of item, and that have not been worn. 

 I emailed them asking for a refund based on the quality.  First email back from them they offer $30 on a $90 purchase, and I can keep the items.  No.  Second email they offer $48 and I can keep the items.  No.  Third email they offer $60 and I can keep the items.  Again, no.  I told them I expect a full refund and I will send the items back to their warehouse in Indiana, as this is standard practice on returns.  Crickets.  They obviously are fully aware of the quality of their products or they would not be telling me I can keep the items.  Avoid this business at all costs!
