I have had the worst experience with company call elaunchers using the website: www.elaunchers.com. The owner parthiv shah is a sales person and is not concerned about his clients but only his money. He is totally disconnected from his staff and does not know what is going on. He has taken a good chunk of my money for about a year and has never delivered me the website he promised. He is a good talker so it’s easy to believe what he is saying. All he does is sell, sell, sell and does not deliver. His company has little website building experience, and while in his office he will talk about others projects he is doing for other company for 60,000.00 to make you feel like your money is nothing to him. HE and his staff have done it to me several time when I complaint about the bad work or the fact that I don't see any progress. Ask him for sample websites like the one you’re looking to have built and he will not provide it. Stay away from this company they are not in their client best interest.

There is always two sides to every story. If you felt Parthiv did not care about your money why would you give him the business? If you wanted to see a sample website and you did not, why would you move forward? Yes, Parthiv is a sales person & he is the first to say that about himself. His disconnection from his staff has to do with the fact that he is not the lead to the project. He is the sales person.

The web site is what the original agreement stated. Change orders were not issued or charged for the many changes that occurred.

Relationships go both ways, client and company. Expecting something for nothing is a concept that most companies have a problem with.
